Hotel booking policy (up to 5 bookings)

Important: please be informed that hotel bookings through bnetwork online portal are exclusively for participants registered to Fal.Con Europe 2025. We reserve the right to cancel your reservation/s in case registration for the event has not been done.

Payment policy:

Upon acknowledgement of booking, a deposit corresponding to the 100% of the total cost of your reservation is requested to secure your hotel reservation.

Cancellation policy:

From confirmation until July 14th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation (s), no cancellation charges are applied. Reduction of stay can also be made without penalty.

From July 14th 2025 until August 25th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 50% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.

From August 26th 2025 to September 23rd 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 80% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.

From September 23rd 2025 to October 13th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 90% of the total cost of the cancelled nights.

From October 14th 2025, in case of cancellation of reservation(s) or reduction of stay, the participant will be charged 100% of the total stay reserved.

All other hotels:

Payment policy:

Cancellations shall be communicated to bnetwork in writing via email at the following address: falconhotels@bnetwork.com. Penalties may apply. Telephone cancellations are not accepted as valid.

Reservation(s) modifications:

All reservation(s) modifications can be made through the website "My account" function at https://falcon.bnetwork.com or in writing via email. Changes will be confirmed by bnetwork within 24 hours and are subject to availability.

Personal information protection:
bnetwork complies with applicable data protection laws and regulations regarding collection, use, transfer, disclosure, retention, security, and destruction of “personal information” (P.I.) and “personally identifiable information”). Bnetwork will only use P.I. that is provided by the company or directly by an individual solely to the extent necessary to perform its obligations under this contract. bnetwork shall not employ the P.I. for b network’s own purposes nor for the purposes of third parties. bnetwork shall not transfer data or P.I. to any third parties, except upon prior written approval of the company. By signing this contract, you confirm that you are entitled and have corresponding approval to disclose on behalf of a third-party data.

Hotel booking policy (from 6 bookings)

Payment conditions:

Upon confirmation, a deposit corresponding to 50% of the total cost of your night by night allotment is requested to secure your hotel allotment.

By August 22nd 2025, an additional 50% deposit is requested, for a total amounting to 100% of the total cost of your night by night allotment, including the local tax.

Failure to pay the remaining 50% deposit by August 22nd 2025, will result in cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of all deposits paid.

From August 23rd 2025, any additional balances or bookings are requested to be paid upon confirmation.

We kindly inform you that the final reconciliation invoice will be issued and provided by the hotel through bnetwork at the end of the event. As acknowledge of payment, you will first receive a payment receipt.

Cancellation policy

From confirmation until July 14th 2025, in case of full cancellation of the pre-booked allotment per hotel, you are committed to pay 10% of the deposit paid as administrative cancellation fees penalty. Partial cancellation is allowed without penalty.

Between July 15th 2025 and August 22nd 2025, 50% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between August 23rd 2025 and September 23rd 2025, 20% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between September 24th 2025 and October 13th 2025, 10% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

Between October 14th 2025 and October 24th 2025, 5% per night, hotel and room category of the current allotment can be cancelled without penalty. Any cancelled room nights exceeding the permitted percentage, will be charged in full.

From October 25th 2025, 100% of the night by night allotment is due in case of cancellation or reduction. We regret that no refund can be made.
